Not for gift voucher and other promotion such as loyalty card , couple special
Booking in advanced and Same day claim only.
Health fund receipt can not be split .

Gift Voucher :
Gift voucher Valid for three years from purchase or issue date;
We are not responsible if a Gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and
no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
Can be use only once and can not redeem for cash.
If give voucher has expired cannot be used.
Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with health fund rebates.
This gift voucher is non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
Booking :
We take a reservations for a minimum of 30 minutes massage.

Cancel or reschedule your reservation Please contact by phone at least 3 hours.

30 minutes can focus Back upper body or lower body
45 minutes can focus Neck, shoulders, back and legs
60 minutes, can do full body
If you have very tight muscles want to focus on a particular area It may take more time than usual, such as 60 minutes on your back only.

No show
If you do not show up for your booking and you have not notified us at least 3 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked
